Objective
11: To enlist and train them for a life of
Christian service in their vocation.
1.
Invite speakers who are applying ethics in their vocation.
2.
Personal counseling by collegiate minister.
3.
Distribute and study literature emphasizing how to witness
through your vocation.
4.
Plan and conduct vocational guidance clinics.
5.
Distribute and call attention to literature emphasizing different vocations in
which their services are needed.
6.
Counsel with students concerning a desire to enter church
related vocations.
7.
Promote attendance at appropriate state meetings.
8.
Arrange for students considering a church related vocation to
get some on the job training with a successful, positive local church staff member who has
served for a while in the position in which the student believes they may be interested.
9.
Emphasize to all students considering a call to ministry that a
call to ministry is a call to advanced education.
